We're growing fast and we’re looking for a unicorn-ninja team player to help us get to the next level!

 

Principle point of contact between our business and our potential clients. Identify Customer leads and pitch prospective customers. 

Results: Sales Reps are expected to be able to take calls from potential clients daily, and serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Go above and beyond to get sales to come through to support the business growth.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership. 
  • Show up on time to meetings and calls 

Requirements:

  • Experience with Sales & Negotiation 
  • Experience in customer service is required.
  • Some experience in the beauty industry is preferred. 
  • Must be able to rapidly pick up instructions and implement.
  • Must attend weekly team meeting. 
  • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings.
  • Must have a motivation for sales.

This is a Full-Time position. You are a rare individual. You LOVE to serve and problem-solve! You will be responsible for "wowing" our customers through email and our social media channels while providing amazing support and managing our calendars! Most importantly, you're willing to learn anything, you're capable of adjusting on the fly, and you can run through any wall in front of you.

Responsibilities:

  • Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
  • Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).
  • Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.

Requirements:

  • High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style.
  • Must attend weekly team meetings.
  • Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings.
