This is a Full-Time position. You are a rare individual. You LOVE to serve and problem-solve! You will be responsible for "wowing" our customers through email and our social media channels while providing amazing support and managing our calendars! Most importantly, you're willing to learn anything, you're capable of adjusting on the fly, and you can run through any wall in front of you.
- Engaging in our lead generation strategy on all our social media platforms during scheduled hours.
- Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance (we provide tracking sheets).
- Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
- High level of experience with Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
- Must attend weekly team meetings
- Must have flexible availability to work on weekends, evenings, and mornings
