If you have any one of these red flags, it’s time for you to scale your beauty business babe. If you ignore these red flags for too long, it can cause serious damage to your business (and your bank account).

Sign #1: You're losing valuable time on non-essential tasks.

You don't need to be spending all your time on admin.

If you consistently have a boatload of unfinished admin, find yourself taking your work home, checking Instagram at dinner…then you're wasting your time on non-essential tasks.

If you find yourself struggling to keep up with your clients, Instagram, family, friends, your accountant, etc., then you need to hire additional staff so you can focus on REVENUE GENERATING & CUSTOMER ACQUISITION ACTIVITIES!


Sign #2: Customer service is suffering.

More than anything else, your business runs on customers. If you customer service is suffering then so is your business!

Prioritize your customer service and delegate your other tasks.

Have you noticed an increase in customer complaints? If you’re tattooing 6-8 hours per day it is tough to do the necessary tasks to run a business. Either you need to start hiring more tattoo artists or you need to hire someone to help with your admin work!


Sign #3: Overworked & underpaid.

Consider your current workload. Are you consistently booked out two or more months? Even if you’re booked out 90 days it’s NOT a good thing, you are losing TIME & MONEY!
