I remember what it was like struggling to grow my business, not knowing what strategies would work. I didn’t know who to listen to and had no one who understood me as a beauty entrepreneur. Once I was booked out as a solo PMU artist, I didn’t know how or when to hire a team and I definitely knew nothing about being the leader they needed me to be!

I used to think leadership meant telling people what to do, but I now see it means different things to different people. To me, it’s dynamic, exciting and inspiring.
